3.2 Password and Account Security

Members are required to keep their login details confidential and not share them with any third party. The member is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any registered information changes, the member must update it immediately through account settings. dk 99 will not be responsible for any failed transaction caused by outdated information.

4.1 KYC Process

dk 99 may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID, as well as proof of address, to verify a member's identity. Completing verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.

4.2 If Verification Is Not Completed

If a member does not provide the required documents within the specified time, dk 99 reserves the right to keep the account temporarily suspended. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted during this period.

4.3 Birthday Verification

To claim a special birthday bonus, the member's date of birth must be verified on the account. Birthday rewards cannot be issued without completed verification.

5.4 Account Balance

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The dk 99 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed once only, unless the relevant offer states otherwise.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• A maximum single-bet limit may apply when betting with a bonus.
• If bonus abuse is found, dk 99 may cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• Any bonus offer may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

6.3 Weekly Reload and Other Offers

dk 99 offers various promotional deals, including a weekly reload bonus (30%, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering), a slots festival bonus (50%, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering), and a cricket season bonus (40%, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering). 6.4 VIP Cashback Terms

dk 99's VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Weekly cashback is applied at a set rate on that week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold-tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses receives a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

7.1 Finality of Game Results

Game results displayed on the dk 99 platform are final and binding. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, dk 99 reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant bet.

7.2 In the Event of a System Failure

If a bet is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, device failure, or a technical problem on dk 99's servers, dk 99 will attempt to cancel the bet and return the deposited amount. However, this cannot be guaranteed in every case.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

The outcome of sports bets is determined on the basis of the official result from the relevant sports authority. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the rules on how that bet will be handled will be stated in the offer description.

7.4 Responsible Betting

8.2 Money Laundering Rules

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account may request it via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals and bonuses will be resolved before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
